Delivery Info


TRANSFERT OF OWNERSHIP-TRANSFER OF RISKS
The change of ownership of goods from Missègle to the customer will only be complete when the latter has fully paid for them, and this whatever the date of delivery of aforesaid goods. Missègle insures the merchandise against loss or damage until their delivery.

Delivery schedule
The speed of delivery depends on the choice of method of payment and whether the articles are in stock. Orders paid by bankers cards, bank transfer or chèque are sent as soon as payment is complete unless the articles are not in stock (please note: articles which were in stock when the order is made, may not still be in stock when the payment is completed).
Usual delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours. Should, exceptionally, the delivery time exceed this delay, you will be informed by e-mail. Delivery time and availability  of goods advertised on our site are given as a guide only; under no circumstances can we be held responsable should there be delays.

Delivery details
The goods are delivered to the address  indicated by the customer on the order form.
The customer is responsable for checking the state of the packaging on delivery and must notify any damage to the transporter on the delivery form,as well as to Missègle, within 5 working days for goods which are available  and within 20 working days for goods which were not in stock. Deliveries are usually carried out by French Post Office (La Poste).As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail to this effect. To guarantee your order, you can opt for Registered  Post with a pre-declared value. This postal service is usually reliable;however, goods may be lost or arrive later than the guideline date indicated on the e-mail informing you the goods have been sent . Should this happen,please inform Missègle by mail who will contact La Poste,who will research what has happened. This enquiry can take up to 21 days from the date at which it is commenced. Should the goods be located during this time (the majority of cases), they will be re-sent immediately to your delivery address. However, should the goods not be found within this time,La Poste considers them lost. It is only then that we can proceed with sending replacement goods at our expense.Should the goods originally ordered be now out of stock, you will be fully reimbursed for the goods lost by the transporter. However we cannot be held responsable for late deliveries  which are due to to the transporter or to strikes.

Delivery problems due to the Transporter
All problems concerning deliveries (damage,missing articles,parcel open etc), must imperatively be mentioned on the delivery form at the spot  for « handwritten observations » and be signed by the client. The client must confirm these observations by registered post with signed reception to the transporter within 2 working days.The client must also send a copy by ordinary post to:

Mistakes in delivery
The customer must inform Missègle of any complaint concerning deliveries and/or any difference in the nature or the quality of the goods as indicated on the order form.
This information can be sent by e-mail.
On reception of the complaint,Missègle will issue an exchange number for the goods concerned and will transmit this number by e-mail or by telephone to the customer.
An exchange of goods can only be effective when a number has been allotted for the exchange on the lines explained above.
In the case of a delivery error or an exchange, all goods to be exchanged or replaced must be sent in their entirety and in their original packaging to the following address:

To be accepted, all returns of merchandise must be notified to Customer Services at Missègle. Should the mistake have been made by Missègle, you will receive a bag for returning the goods unless the returned product does not correspond to the original description as made by the customer on the Return Form.

Guarantee of  Merchandise
In accordance with Article 4 of Decree no 78 of the 24th March 1978, the dispositions described above do not deprive the customer of his/her legal rights which oblige the professionnal vendor to guarantee the goods against hidden defects.
